An incredibly gorgeous little two story cottage, The Celestial Cottage of Lost Play is a place of peace and tranquility where you can and others may dream, and let your fae imagination run wild. It is The Cottage of Lost Play, the doors are ever open. I absolutely adored building this little cottage. It is constructed using a mix of sculpty and traditional prims. Very high detail.

Place the chest where you would like it, the chest is actually part of the build, click on it and a menu will give you a list of options. (Hit “build” and your cottage and all it’s contents, including the garden will rez in one swoop.)

Contents are copyable and include:

One 10×10 foot print cottage with door and a built in fireplace with realistic fire, a puffy chimney stack. Suble lighting is supplied by the spire and celestial decor on the cottage which emit a soft glow. Constructed from stone and fine dark wood, and roof tiles. Windows and door are sculpty and have the correct collision, and NO more alpha clashing with the curtains! The door also has gorgeous mystical unicorn inlaid windows.
One 20×20 foot print celestial topiary fence.
Two main carpets.
Touch to open/close velvet curtains
Twelve dragon tapestries.
A magical clock with touch to change time, is default to keep SLtime.
A celestial bed with poses.
Matching Celestial table with table cloth and three chairs with anims.
A fireside cauldron.
Two modifiable/copyable teleporters
A Celestial lounge suite includes matching sofa and two easy chairs with anims.
A click to change mirror.
One bookcase, one bookcase cabinet, one linen cabinet with linen, one attic cabinet.
One Silent one contemplations pool and surrounding garden flowers.
Two front gardens full of flowers and roses.
One talking greeting mat.
One outdoor loo (toilet) with anim (not crude).
One celestial Cat Swing with anim and touch to start and stop.
One forest faces stepping stone path

One modifiable/copyable storage trunk full of all of the above with copyable extras a total of 86 items. Extras include:
A Blue Moon velvet lounge suite includes matching sofa and two easy chairs with anims.
Matching Blue Moon table with table cloth and three chairs with anims.
All topiaries separated so you can make your garden wall bigger or smaller.
Spirit orbs emitter.
All flowers in the garden separated so you can build your own style of garden including all flowers and roses.
An empty front garden plot to make your own garden.
An empty cottage and door.
Extra throw rugs, one with matching cushions.
A dreamy oval painting.
Instruction note card on how to set the co-ordinates of your teleporters.
the corrrectly sized Linden trees shown in the pic if you choose to use
them.
A Celestial bed without poses.
Two different sculpty modifiable/copyable shrooms for the garden.
All tapestries.

For the BB version:
The Cottage unfurnished is 60 prims.
The Cottage including the furniture is 182 prims.
The Garden and garden furnishings is approx 172 prims.
The total rezzed from the buddy builder is approx 400 prims. (Leave extra to spare just in case!)

All of the furnishings in the cottage and garden can be moved around to suit your own taste, or you may opt to use your own.
